My new advert has not appeared
on the site why ?
Your advert should have been uploaded onto the site, however the computer
you are using may not have refreshed the "cache" memory for
the site - hence you are not able to view the updated site. If you viewed
the site on another computer you would see your advert.
On your computer, go to the page your advert should appear - then click
the "refresh button" to be found in the upper taskbar - your
advert should now be on the page. Also by switching the computer off and
restarting this may also refresh the "cache" memory.
It is also worth checking the following if you are using Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer - in the top task bar click on the following -
Tools/Internet Options/ In the General Folder - Temporary Internet Files
- click Settings - Make sure the "Never" is NOT ticked - "Automatically"
is a good option - click OK to save any changes.
I have received a strange e-mail
offer for my instrument - what should I do ?
It is best not to reply to any unusual e-mail offer
for your instrument (often offering far more than the value of your instrument)
