The oboe is in extremely good condition - I can still get a note out of it although the noise I make does resemble a duck (hopefully you will play it with more finesse!!).The pads are still good and it has never had any repairs (I was very good at cleaning and taking care of it). With the sale I am including the original cleaning brush (the brown thing) and a pull-through Boosey & Hawkes cleaning cloth. I am not including any reeds as I feel these would be best purchased by the new owner!! The carrying case is in perfect working order however I have lost the keys to lock it with. This would be perfect for a beginner - I played in the school orchestra, woodwind band, passed exams and even entered the Farnborough Music Festival...
